Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Each order is prepared and packed by hand from our studio inventory. During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or other unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if additional payment verification is required.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, IMT Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Orders are processed quickly, and we may not be able to make changes once an order has been submitted or prepared for shipment.

IMT Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
