Return & Refund Policy

IMT Studio will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging. Because our products are installed using screws, any components that have been mounted, drilled, modified, or otherwise permanently altered are not eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange, please contact hello@imt-studio.com with your order number, proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the same 30-day return window. Please email hello@imt-studio.com and we’ll help coordinate the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@imt-studio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item

We may not be able to honor claims submitted after the 48-hour window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

For standard returns, original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund amount, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • installed or used items
  • modified or damaged items
  • sale items
  • gift cards
